Spencer Templin is a Development Manager at Rak Equities. With an extensive background in industrial construction, he brings a practical, execution focused perspective to real estate development, guiding projects seamlessly from concept through completion.

Prior to joining Rak Equities, Spencer spent 10 years leading complex construction projects across multiple markets. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and field execution. His hands on construction background enables him to identify challenges early, align teams across disciplines, and deliver projects with both operational precision and financial discipline.

Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, where he developed a strong foundation in real estate finance, development strategy, and investment analysis. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Houston.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys skiing, cooking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Kelsey, and their two dogs, Penny and Colt.
